Refund Policy

We want you to buy BANTAY with confidence — that's why every new organization gets a free 14-day Officer Pro trial with no card required, so you can evaluate the platform fully before paying anything.

Monthly subscriptions

• If BANTAY isn't right for you, request a refund within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full.
• Renewal payments for subsequent months are generally non-refundable, but you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.

Annual subscriptions

• Request a refund within 14 days of the annual payment for a full refund.
• After 14 days, we can refund the unused whole months remaining, minus the months used charged at the standard monthly rate.

Add-ons and AI top-ups

Seat and project add-ons follow the same rules as the plan they attach to. AI credit top-ups are non-refundable once more than 10% of the credits have been used.

How to request a refund

Email allanmanumbas@yahoo.com from your account email with your organization name. Refunds are processed to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days. Where payments are processed by our merchant-of-record partner, the refund is issued through them.

What happens to your data

Cancelling or refunding never deletes your records. Your workspace simply returns to the Free plan — everything you created stays safe and unlocks again if you re-subscribe.
